Lifesong Yoga was Fredericton’s first full-service, public yoga studio and has recently transitioned from a downtown space to a beautiful Marysville private studio overlooking the Nashwaak (15 min from downtown off Canada Street). After 7 years of concentrated work developing awareness of yoga for all ages and stages in Fredericton, Kathryn Downton, Lifesong's founder, and the Senior teacher of the Viniyoga tradition in the Maritimes is now concentrating on New Brunswick's first yoga teacher/advanced student training (9 weekends beginning Sept 07), tailoring programs, and private consultations for illness/accident recovery or in-depth one-on-one study.
